Triskelion [trih-skel-ee-uhn] Bakery provides a baked-to-order gourmet sourdough and yeast-bread service.  We're small right now, so we only serve the east-side of Cincinnati, but we're hoping that we can broaden our horizons into other Cincinnati neighborhoods soon.

Triskelion Bakery uses a "just-in-time" baking process to provide bread that is at its absolute freshest and baked just for you.  We currently bake Tuesday and Friday evenings, which means we usually deliver your bread on Wednesdays and Saturdays. 

We also offer a variety of "will-call" Subscriptions, which provide you with the greatest amount flexibility to work around your busy schedule.  All you have to do is purchase "credits" in advance at a discounted rate, and then you order and use those credits at your convenience.  If you only want one loaf a month, that's what you order.  Or, if you want a dozen loaves for a party or for Christmas gifts, you can order them all at one time.  Depending on the volume of subscription credits you purchase, you can save between  5% and 15% off the single-loaf retail price.

Parmesan  Herb White

Starting with our Parmesan White loaf, we add whole leaf Rosemary to the dough.  After the loaf is fermented and shaped, we then encrust the top with Rosemary before it is blanketed with Parmesan cheese and baked to a golden brown.  The Rosemary pairs perfectly with the Parmesan cheese, and this loaf is wonderful for toast or sandwiches.  This bread is also delicious dipped in olive oil and topped with smoked salmon or hummus.    SOURDOUGH ONLY

Dill Parmesan White

Starting Again, we start with our Parmesan White loaf (because hey, if it's good, why not make it better!), and then add Dill Weed and Dill seed to the dough.  Before it's baked, each loaf gets a light covering of dill weed and is then topped with Parmesan cheese.  Based on feedback from happy customers, this loaf might just make the best brie and salmon bruschetta ever!    SOURDOUGH ONLY
